Job Title: Documentation Specialist
Site: Hybrid in Pensacola, FL
Pay Rate: $35-$40
Description: To support the business by participating in the development and follow-up analysis of policy and process updates. To provide end-user support for manuals and Navy Federal Systems. Works under limited supervision. Uses moderate discretion to modify work practices/processes. Serves as subject matter expert for many business functions, systems, policies, and/or procedures
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate in the research, analyze, develop, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, SOPs, API documentation, and technical specifications.
Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand product functionalities.
Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of documentation standards and best practices.
Collaborate with implementation and coordination of knowledge management activities/processes to include content analysis, document management, data capture, and customer reporting.
Collaborate in managing multiple documentation projects ensuring timely delivery.
Create dynamic references and support tools that reinforce training, increase efficiency, and help produce error-free work
Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations
Recommend strategy for SOP and Resource Materials
Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication of material
Experience in composing correspondence that adheres to grammar and Navy Federal writing style and standards
Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
Experience in researching, compiling, and documenting data, business processes, and workflow
Experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
