Documentation Specialist (HR)
Description: To support the business by participating in the development and follow-up analysis of policy and process updates. To provide end-user support for manuals and client systems. Works under limited supervision. Uses moderate discretion to modify work practices/processes. Serves as subject matter expert for many business functions, systems, policies, and/or procedures
• Collaborate in the research, analyze, develop, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, SOPs, API documentation, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand product functionalities.
• Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of documentation standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with implementation and coordination of knowledge management activities/processes to include content analysis, document management, data capture, and customer reporting.
• Collaborate in managing multiple documentation projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Create dynamic references and support tools that reinforce training, increase efficiency, and help produce error-free work
• Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations
• Recommend strategy for SOP and Resource Materials
• Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication of material
• Experience in composing correspondence that adheres to grammar and client writing style and standards
• Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
• Experience in researching, compiling, and documenting data, business processes, and workflow
• Experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
