Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with experience in data collection, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder interactions to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, data engineering, and some visualization knowledge. This role is key in driving the development and implementation of minimum viable products for business intelligent solutions that optimize internal processes and company operations for renewable power plants across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data reports and visual dashboards.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various sources and platforms.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate data solutions within existing infrastructure.
• Learn and implement machine learning models and algorithms to derive actionable insights.
• Perform data analysis and visualization to support business decisions.
• Conduct experiments and validations to iterate on model performance.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly dashboard interfaces for AI-driven tools.
• Manage requirements as listed in the job description.
• Manage projects to achieve deadlines related to data integration, commissioning, startup, and testing.
• Work collaboratively with in-house resources and suppliers to determine project priorities, achieve milestones, and create work plans.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to upper management.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Data or related subject.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data languages such as Python, R, or Scala for data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience with data extraction using SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Zoho.
