About the role: As a Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce Service Cloud you will work with users from multiple business units and functions. You will provide a vital role in translating the business requirements into well-crafted user stories and acceptance criteria,

About the team: This global strategic team supports innovation within our Salesforce Service Cloud product suite.   

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between our technology teams and our internal customers, ensuring the solutions we design, and build meet the business needs.
• Collaborate with Sales users to observe their usage of Salesforce.
• Strategically discuss and implement salesforce strategy with our senior business leaders.
• Build positive relationships at various levels of the company, to help you develop a deep understanding of business processes, challenges, and goals.

Experience

• Possess current experience with JIRA, Salesforce, Salesforce Service Cloud, Apttus CPQ or Apttus Billing
• Possess extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with technical development team(s) across the full SDLC, translating complex business requirements from a broad range of stakeholders into themes, epics, and user stories 
• Extensive experience working in Agile development with a proven track record of delivery
• Experience collaborating, coaching or mentoring other Business Systems Analysts.
• Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst on large scale mission critical initiatives.
