Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team, focusing on the migration to Microsoft 365 (M365). This role involves providing technical support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to M365, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the migration process. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience with M365 migrations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide in-person support for people who are migrating to a new M365 tenant
- Assist users with the migration process, using Quest on demand migration software
- Assist users with the migration process, using ShareGate migration software
- Assist users with logging in to the new environment by leveraging multiple technologies, including multi-factor authentication
- Assist users with launching Microsoft 365 applications in the new environment
- Assist users with locating their files, email, OneNote, Planner, and Teams features in the new M365 environment
- Assist users with various M365-related questions
- Document issues and their resolution using ServiceNow
