What you'll do...
- Predict future trends and developments for the MAP function or unit.
- Lead the process of defining and implementing the MAP strategy for multiple products and markets.
- Create a system to organize and document MAP programs.
- Advocate for the development and partnering of new technologies for the MAP function.
- Lead the implementation of major MAP programs and offerings.
- Develop organizational sales qualification processes.
- Mentor team members on alternative ways to evaluate the value of sales.
- Design sales scoping and qualification strategies.
- Promote the use of new sales qualification methodologies and technologies.
- Collaborate with partners in the value chain to achieve beneficial working relationships and positive outcomes.
- Facilitate cross team thinking and brainstorming activities to collectively create and share ideas.
- Resolve issues related to collaborative efforts in varying business conditions.
- Present to diverse organization-wide audiences, positioning arguments / data with well-structured stories.
- Monitor industry and vendor trends and the directions of data analysis technologies.
- Consult on modeling, tools, techniques, strategies, and the use of reusable information.
- Gather, summarize, and prioritize ideas for new products, or new versions of existing products.
- Design strategies to inspire team members to improve customer service delivery.
- Evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of multiple delivery mechanisms on product training.
- Direct the selection of resources and approaches for training on advanced product functions.
- Develop end-user training programs using client assessments.
- Report on current products, histories, evolutions, and future plans to partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract an experienced and engaged workforce.
- Cultivate an environment where associates adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.
