Position: Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager
Location: 4x per week onsite in Ocoee, FL
Duration: Permanent
Rate Range: $90,000-$100,000
Position Overview:
The HRIS team manages all aspects of employee life cycle events, including new hires, terminations, role changes, departmental transfers, and promotions/raises. They also handle extensive reporting and analytics for the company, particularly extracting data from ADP. This role will oversee 8 team members.
Key responsibilities involve overseeing the HRIS department's use of ADP Vantage, setting up security protocols, new departments, job codes, and access permissions, providing hands-on support during busy periods, and managing compensation tasks such as creating new positions, gathering pricing ranges, and conducting research for merit increases.
Strong logical thinking skills are essential, exemplified by understanding role-specific access needs.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in HRIS system management – working in the back end system, creating jobs, processing promotions)
- HCM Software experience – preferably ADP Vantage
- Ad hoc Reporting experience
- Compensation (gathering price ranges, merit increases, etc)
Preferred Experience:
- ADP Vantage
- ADP Workforce Manager
- Powerbi/tableau for reporting
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Creates, modifies, positions requested from Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Interprets user and client requirements. Develops, maintains, and distributes reports to clients, managers, and users.
Generates routine reports and designs special reports as requested.
Trains and assists HRIS reps and Admin Reporting Specialists
Assists with recommended system design changes and upgrade based on efficiency of current system and user needs.
Maintains time clocks, troubleshoot issues and order replacement clocks as needed.
Provide ad hoc reporting, respond to ad hoc requests, and implement any new wage setting projects for the company.
Utilize data analytics to provide valuable reporting to the business.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
