About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing company with 150 employees. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll administration. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.

As our HR Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving strategic initiatives and fostering a dynamic, high-performing workplace. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Scouting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to build exceptional teams.
• Overseeing daily HR operations.
• Delivering constructive and professional performance evaluations.
• Processing payroll.
• Implementing HR policies with expertise and professionalism
• Ensuring company-wide compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Resolving disputes and conducting investigations as needed.
• Aligning HR goals with our organizational strategy.
• Developing and maintaining policies, processes, and training.
• Analyzing data from our HRIS.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7 years of human resource management experience in small to mid-sized company.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
• Skilled in interpersonal interactions and negotiation.
• Strong analytical capabilities to address complex HR challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs and changing priorities.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Ensuring adherence to legal requirements in HR practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
