Location: Hybrid, 4 days a week onsite outside of Chicago, IL (60532)

We are looking for a hands-on and personable Project Manager to join our client Mon-Thu onsite and Friday remote outside of Chicago, IL. You will be an integral part of the Portfolio Delivery team using a blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies to oversee IT app development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Agile Delivery Management Expertise:
- Manage program, portfolio, and product management.
- Extensive experience in program and project management, including deploying tech solutions, setting up PMOs, and managing large/global projects.
- Proficiency in various frameworks such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum, and being fluid with them.
- Budget and P&L management.
- Risk management.
Operations Management Skills:
- Background in managing application portfolios and leading large offshore teams.
- Stakeholder and vendor management.
Strategic and Hands-on Execution:
- Experience across several different industries.
- Ability to implement change and drive transformation across various organizational layers, coach project teams, and improve productivity. Proactive.
Delivery Management:
- T-Shirt sizing: project estimation and capacity planning tool that helps you track how much time or effort an initiative will take.
- Continuous improvement.
