Must Haves
- Entry-level role with basic skills and moderate proficiency.
- General understanding of graphic design equipment.
- Performs single-function tasks of small to moderate size and scope.
- Works under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment.
- Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to gain experience.
- Typically requires one year of training in commercial art or less than two years of experience.
- Degree or experience in the creative field
- Experience in Adobe Suite (at least two of the following : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project management methods and techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences at various levels in the organization
Job Summary
Provides visual solutions for marketing materials, training manuals, and other mediums. Performs graphic design duties requiring planning, scheduling, and implementation of projects. Reviews design drafts, proofs camera-ready art, and ensures proper pagination and color assignment. Applies corporate branding specifications to ensure work meets organization guidelines. Assists in web design and creating online content. May produce technical illustrations for manuals, brochures, labels, or other documents.
