The existing environment used to manage this data and make it available for use consists of a .NET Framework 4.0.0 application (ASP.NET - VB.NET) running on Windows 2016 Server with IIS version 10.0.14393.0. The contractor is expected to upgrade the existing application to the latest .NET CORE version as well as make several changes to the database and function of the application to enhance functionality. Access is both internal to our agency, and externally by other agencies. The web front end will be modernized as well to improve appearance as well as function.
