What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enhanced Information System (EIS) Designer --- Remote - Jackson, MS position at Largeton Group?
- Required to upgrade and redesign an existing EIS application for the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management and State Property Insurance offices
- Responsible for tracking the assets, attributes, and insurance of each property owned by the State
- Expected to upgrade the existing .NET Framework 4.0.0 application to the latest .NET CORE version
- Required to make changes to the database and application functionality
- The web front end will be modernized to improve its appearance and function
- Required skills and experience include advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET CORE programming, and Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Must be proficient with IIS configuration and Windows Server versions 2016 and 2025
- Knowledge of geocoding and Enhanced Information System (EIS) required.
