Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Tampa, Florida - Onsite (LOCALS ONLY)
Contract Duration: 14 Months Potential to convert FTE
Years of Experience Required: 2 years of Payroll experience
Reason for Hire: Workday Implementation
Must Haves
- 2 years of experience in automated payroll processing, including timekeeping systems like Kronos. Proficiency in handling compensation, deductions, adjustments, and other payroll-related transactions.
- Strong knowledge of computerized financial systems and operations.
- Demonstrated competency in payroll applications such as Lawson and Kronos.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing payroll reports, balancing payroll, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Nice to Haves
- Hands-on experience with Lawson or Infor applications, particularly in payroll processing and system integration.
- Experience in training and educating team members on payroll matters and timekeeping systems. Ability to assist in training timekeepers and ensuring they understand payroll processes.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and foreign national payroll registration and tax forms
- Experience in maintaining payroll files and preparing manual checks as needed.
