Join the Procurement team as a Procurement Manager supporting the HR and Professional Services Categories. As a Procurement Manager.
This take-charge leader will lead indirect procurement activities for assigned subcategories, including HR and Professional Services. The strong performer will be recognized as procurement strategy expert and will collaborate with divisional and functional stakeholders along with suppliers to identify and drive total delivered cost savings, security of supply, innovation, and process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively develops and communicates strategies, plans, actions and results to leadership and stakeholders
- Creates and maintains preferred supplier list for each category
- Aligns with the category teams to select suppliers and negotiate agreements
- Works closely with stakeholders to understand present & future services requirements
- Identifies and develops potential new suppliers and technologies
- Manages the TDC (Total Delivered Cost) process for selected Categories
- Implements new product sourcing strategies, procurement tools, technology, and processes to improve results & increase efficiencies
- Drives engagement of team members to deliver on overall enterprise initiatives
- Understands and evaluates the market disruptions for their responsible categories
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5 years' experience in procurement, marketing, IT, or supply chain
- Strong negotiation skills and contracts management experience in Professional Services, HR Categories, and other Indirect categories.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
- Experience in leading and driving large scale projects
- Strong presentation skills and financial acumen
- Ability to indirectly influence and sell ideas
