Location : Cambridge, MA (Onsite)

Science :  Small Molecule

Job Overview :  This role will drive cellular assays and mechanistic studies, contributing key insights to advancing targeted therapy research in the Targeted Protein Degradation field.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead cellular assays and mechanistic research to advance novel therapies.
  • Interpret and present data to enhance therapeutic strategies.
  • Oversee CRO collaborations and integrate latest research into team projects.

Primary Job Requirements :

  • MS (4 years) or PhD (1 year) in oncology, molecular / cell biology, or similar field.
  • Proficient in key lab techniques, with an added advantage for experience in NGS and high content imaging.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and creative problem-solving skills in scientific research.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and familiarity with analytical software tools.
  • Able to efficiently manage time and multitask in a dynamic research setting.
