Day to Day Responsibilities / project specifics : This team is within the Learning Solutions team and is seeking an experienced instructional designer to update content in accordance with the company’s current initiatives, specifically their new leadership development program. Leadership has adopted a new framework that is becoming standard for all leaders at this company. It is essentially the framework that makes up a good leader by the company’s standards. This person will be responsible for fully integrating the training for this framework into their learning platform. Currently, none of the integrations that have been done are company specific, and they are looking to retire these programs in favor of more specific content. The ideal candidate will be willing to work onsite in the Charlotte area and will have advanced Articulate Storyline experience as well as Adobe Creative Suite experience.
