Apex Systems is looking for a Senior Splunk Developer/Engineer to support one of our largest government clients in Huntsville, AL. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity and is supporting a newly awarded, 8 year contract.

Required Experience:
- 8 years of experience on IT programs
- Experience engaging with client stakeholders
- Experience with SPL, XML, CSS, or HTML
- Knowledge of enterprise logging, including application, OS, and security technology logging
- Knowledge of Splunk dashboards
- Knowledge of regular expressions and writing search queries
- Knowledge of creating dashboards for application monitoring
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with Splunk Software IT Service Intelligence
- Experience with development of Splunk dashboards
- Experience with Javascript
- Experience with JIRA or Git
