Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure and Application Replacement
Location: Birmingham, On-site
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (12 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee network infrastructure replacement and application migration project
- Coordinate with multiple teams (Patricks team, Lucindas team, Lances group)
- Manage replacement of approximately 100 applications
- Track project activities and integrate into broader organizational PM infrastructure
- Facilitate communication with Ascension technologies during transition
- Provide comprehensive project reporting and status updates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years of project management experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale technology transitions
- Exposure to merger and acquisition project environments
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Preferred Skills:
- PMP Certification
- Healthcare industry experience
- Multi-site deployment background
- Merger and acquisition project experience
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
Technical Competencies:
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Teams, Excel
- Understanding of network infrastructure transitions
- Application migration and tracking expertise
