Description : Technical Project Manager - Business Messaging Marketing
100% on-site in Menlo Park, CA
12 month W2 contract
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to our marketing team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of marketing initiatives, leveraging your expertise in marketing tools such as Salesforce (CRM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Splash, Zoom, Knak, Highspot, et al and your exceptional project management expertise. You will collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including engineering, to ensure the seamless implementation of marketing campaigns, and the achievement of business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with stakeholders on large cross functional growth marketing projects
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of marketing technology tools, including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Splash, Zoom, Knak, Highspot et al, to develop and execute marketing campaigns, reports, webinars, landing pages, capacity planning, & operations project management.
- Project Management : Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, develop project timelines and resource allocation plans, and track project progress to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Create, manage, and execute marketing webinars, as well as follow-up reports for multiple stakeholders.
- Build out emails for defined marketing campaigns.
- Develop landing pages through internal Content Management System tool
- Generate reports for completed campaigns and initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, engineering, legal, and compliance to align project requirements, gather feedback, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management, analytics, and marketing technologies.
