ACS (Advanced Compute & Solutions) is seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of Agile practices. The TPM will lead projects in our ACS Software Development team in our high growth, future-oriented businesses, including Data Science, AI, and other emerging areas. This role will work with some of the most exciting up-and-coming products in HP.

Your responsibilities will include :
- Work closely with the software team(s) to facilitate agile development. Serve as Scrum Master for multiple development teams. Develop and own user story management, schedules, quality, and critical deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks and facilitate trade-offs for the agile product development team.
- Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management and partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, and / or business practices to resolve issues and accelerate and improve results.
- Investigate and recommend solutions related to our products and product development.
- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities. Support the team to 'learn fast' and act on our learnings.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $102,500.00 — $157,850.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
