Position: Technical Sourcing Recruiter
Location: Onsite in Seattle / Bellevue WA (5x a week onsite)
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00/hr based on experience
*Must have 1 years of experience in TECHNICAL sourcing*
- Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
- May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
