We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter that will support specialized hiring for the Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team for specific business groups such as AWS, Devices and Services, and Amazon Entertainment.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs.
Attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon.
Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements.
Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end process administration from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement, and hiring updates to key stakeholders.
Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives such as pilots, process improvement projects, etc.

Work Environment
This role requires 5 days onsite in the Seattle office. The team culture is high performing and highly experienced in college recruiting with a passion for mentoring and coaching. This is a team focused on specialized campus skills such as GenAI and Software Engineering Science.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00 / hr.
