Rate: $20-$24 an hour MAX PAY
Location: Dublin, VA | Onsite Monday-Wednesday, remote Thursday-Friday
Shift: 12:00P-9:00P
Contract Length: 10 Month Contract, high possibility for extension, maybe hire
Top Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: phone and Outlook email
- Ability to manage and multitask 25 shipments
- 50 emails a day, MS Office experience
Nice to Haves:
- Logistics

Internal Notes:
- There is a rotational afterhours and weekend support shift, it is once every 2.5 months split between 9 employees.
- If the resource does not want to do this, it is okay as there is someone who always volunteers for it.
- There is 1 FTE on the second shift with this resource so they will not be alone.
Salary : $41,600 - $51,000
