We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resource Room Teacher to join our team. As a Resource Room Teacher, you will work with students who require additional support in a one-on-one or small group setting. You will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with classroom teachers and parents to ensure each student receives the support they need to succeed. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping students with diverse learning needs achieve their full potential.

Rate starting at $45.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify the individual learning needs of each student
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to support student learning and growth
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction in a resource room setting
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and parents to ensure students are receiving the necessary support in the classroom setting
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and techniques to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction as needed
- Keep accurate records of student progress and communicate progress to parents, administrators, and other stakeholders as needed
