What are the responsibilities and job description for the Functional Architect position at Apexon?
Role Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Functional Architect to provide support for the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) programs. This role involves collecting, validating, and distributing data to various stakeholders, as well as leading the design of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities) :
- Determine and document requirements for diagnosis level reporting .
- Enhance data reporting processes based on quality standards .
- Provide expertise in defining functional architecture using LEAN principles .
- Oversee and track data requests using the existing data governance structure .
- Design and implement SOPs and process flow diagrams for cross-training and knowledge transfer .
- Provide data-driven analysis , including charts and graphs .
- Support special studies and research for DHS or OLTL bureaus.
- Develop predictive analytics and business intelligence solutions to improve program outcomes and efficiencies .
- Assist in monitoring OLTL program performance .
- Develop data dashboards and other data visualizations .
