Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB)
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Act as a lead Salesforce developer, providing advanced technical expertise.
- Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting.
- Develop custom solutions using APEX, Force.com, Java, Salesforce Flow Builder, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL.
- Migrate from Workflow rules/Process Builder to Flow Builder.
- Implement Batch Apex, Apex Triggers, and Classes.
- Ensure proper integration and authentication across systems using REST APIs and web services.
- Manage CI/CD and Release Management processes for Salesforce applications.
- Work with Omniscripts, Conga Composer for document generation.
- Perform backup, recovery, and data seeding using OwnBackup.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify risks and solutions.
- Provide technical documentation, troubleshooting, and support.
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
- 2 years working with Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting.
- Experience with at least 2 full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in custom development using APEX, Java, LWC, SOQL.
- Experience with Workflow rules/Process Builder migration to Flow Builder.
- Azure DevOps (5 years), Database Architecture (3 years).
- Experience with Omniscripts and Conga Composer.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed documentation and reports.
You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
