Tasks: Secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform, implementation of technical development solutions, ownership of all End-to-End technical aspects of Salesforce.com program, CICD/Release Management, risk and issue identification from a technical perspective
Skills: Written instruction and documentation, oral and written reports and presentations, complex problem-solving, communication of technical terminology, work under stress
Experience: 5 years in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Azure DevOps, 2 years in Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting, Infrastructure/Network and Application Support, Database Architecture, custom development (APEX, Force.com, Java, Salesforce Flow Builder, Visual Flow Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL), migration from Workflow rules/Process builder to Flow builder, implementation of Batch Apex, Apex triggers and classes, use of Omniscripts, Conga composer for generating documents
