Responsibilities:
· Work with Sales and Management to help execute account opportunity plan strategy and key account activities as assigned
· Manage the needs of the client by being responsive to customer needs and requests
· Work with design and project managers, as needed, to specify and manage projects
· Quote preparation and proposal generation, project management, punch resolution, warranty and demo requests
· Utilize APG resources to provide excellent customer service, creative product solutions and pro-active suggestions that positively impact our clients
· Pro-active contact with client to review potential opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
· Positive attitude and superior teamwork skills
· Strong commitment to enhancing our customer’s experience
· PC skills utilizing MS Office products and other proprietary software
· Excellent client communication skills
· Ability to manage and engage customers in the selling process
· Confident in reaching out to new customers
· Ability to cultivate new and existing customer relationships
· Knowledge and understanding of the Office Furniture industry
· Product knowledge and application
· Proven track record of growing sales within an account
· Preferred backgrounds include:
o Account Management in office furniture or related field
o Interior Design with Selling or Account Management experience
