Night Shift Maintenance Tech I Opportunity

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and Repair: Handle electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC control system issues with precision.
- Support Production: Assist with setup, changeovers, and capacity projects, including equipment relocation and installations.
- Preventive Care: Perform routine maintenance and predictive tasks to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Documentation & Inventory: Keep detailed records of completed tasks and support the management of spare parts inventory.
- Mentor & Train: Share your expertise with other technicians and production staff to build a stronger team.
Schedule:
- Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts).
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a maintenance education program or craft apprenticeship preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in industrial plant maintenance, with advanced knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
- Skills:
- Competence in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in standard office computer applications.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 pounds), bend, stoop, and work in temperature extremes.
