Who We're Looking For:
You are a high-energy, proactive leader who:
- Has experience in spa management, beauty business, or high-end customer service.

- Knows social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook) and its role in brand growth.- Is tech-savvy and able to manage both daily spa operations and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Manage client consultations, package sales, and upselling of high-end treatments.
- Convert warm leads into loyal, returning clients.
- Develop sales strategies to increase client retention and service revenue.
Operations & Staff Management:
- Oversee scheduling, daily workflow, and esthetician utilization.
- Maintain professional standards for staff appearance, punctuality, and service.
- Manage inventory and orders, ensuring availability of essential products.
- Train and support team members to improve performance.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Lead social media management (Instagram, Facebook: posts, stories, engagement).
- Collaborate with our marketing agency to track ad performance and optimize promotions.
- Develop client referral programs and promotional strategies to boost business growth.
Financial Oversight & Reporting:
- Track weekly and monthly revenue goals and develop action plans for growth.
- Analyze marketing ROI and customer conversion rates to refine strategies.
- Optimize cost efficiency for supplies and treatments to maintain profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or wellness industry.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for enhancing client experiences.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail math principles is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required
