About the Role :
The Clinical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of mental health and substance abuse services within our organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that all clinical staff provide high-quality care that meets regulatory standards and best practices. The Clinical Supervisor will also be instrumental in developing treatment plans, conducting staff training, and facilitating team meetings to enhance service delivery. By fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, the Clinical Supervisor will help to improve patient outcomes and promote recovery. Ultimately, this role is essential in guiding the clinical team to achieve excellence in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- REQUIRED : Valid clinical license (LCADC, CCS or equivalent) in the state of practice.
- At least 3 years of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment.
