Job Title : Director of HRIS Systems
This role requires ADP Workforce Now Implementation experience, with mergers, acquisitions, onboarding large quantities of employees periodically, multiple company codes and a 5000 employee headcount. (No payroll or Benefits needed)
Job Summary : The Director of HRIS Systems will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of HR technology solutions, primarily ADP Workforce Now. The role requires leading automation initiatives that focus on reducing manual work, enhancing data accuracy, and improving overall HR processes through cutting-edge technologies. This role will lead a team that includes various roles, including a Project Manager, MDM Manager, Security, Coordinator and Analyst functions. The Director will also collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and support data-driven decision-making, while ensuring systems are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Automation Leadership : Lead initiatives to automate HR and administrative tasks, using relevant tools to increase efficiency and accuracy across HR operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with HR, IT, and other business leaders to understand current HR workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and technology-driven automation.
- System Integration : Manage and oversee the integration of HR systems with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and connectivity between platforms.
- Data Management : Oversee the MDM Manager to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of employee and HR-related data. Ensure HR data accuracy and availability across all integrated systems, promoting data-driven insights and decision-making
- HR Systems Optimization : Continuously evaluate and enhance HR systems performance, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements.
- Support & Service : Provide ongoing support for HR systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system integrity.
