Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a certified Peer Specialist training program.
- Lived experience with mental health or substance use disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
