Job Summary :
The SR HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the HRIS environment for a rapidly growing organization with 5000 employees, involved in frequent mergers and acquisitions. This newly formed position will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing HR processes, providing data-driven insights, and supporting all HRIS automation and integration Projects and affiliate onboarding activities. Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions. Must have Strong ADP Workforce Now experience, including previous ADP implementation experience multiple company codes, or acquisitions.
- Dual Role Serves as Project Manager and liaison between HR, HRIS Team, external vendors, and other stakeholders for all HRIS new projects, new affiliate implementation and onboardings, AND Provides full adhoc Administrative Support to Assistant Vice President of HRIS
- Working closely with the HRIS Team to help ensure seamless operations, scalability, and data integrity across all HR systems.
- Compile after actions reports for all mergers and affiliates onboarding and make recommendations for changes to future processes.
- HRIS Process Analysis & Improvement :
- Managing Project List for all HRIS departments. Admin for AVP, Meeting setup, after meeting takeaway emails.
- Creating training Materials, giving training to affiliates and managers when needed.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to document and streamline HRIS processes, ensuring they meet the needs of a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Support automation initiatives by working with the HRIS Teams.
- Analyze system performance, employee data trends, and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Act as an HRIS Integration Specialist in monitoring and ensuring data integrity during system integrations, particularly during mergers and acquisitions.
- Integration & Collaboration :
- Assist in supporting HR system integrations by documenting requirements and ensuring alignment between systems.
- Collaborate with HRIS Team members to ensure that data flows accurately across systems during mergers and acquisitions.
- System Support & Troubleshooting :
- Assist in system upgrades, ensuring new features are implemented smoothly and with minimal disruption to business processes.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides to support ongoing HRIS process enhancements.
- Compliance & Security :
- Support audits by providing relevant data, documentation, and system access information as needed.
- Work with the HRIS Team ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed, especially during system integrations and mergers.
- Process Documentation & Training :
- Assist in training HR and business users on new system functionalities, processes, and integrations.
- Ensure all stakeholders understand system capabilities and best practices for leveraging HR technology to drive business outcomes.
- Education :
- Experience :
- Minimum 3-5 Years strong project management experience.
- 3 Years minimum Experience with ADP Workforce Now, WFM a plus.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, system integrations, and working in multi-company, multi-state environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :
Analyze current HRIS processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, particularly as the organization expands through mergers and acquisitions.
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other business units to ensure HRIS systems are integrated smoothly across different platforms and company codes.
Provide support to HR teams and system users, troubleshooting issues related to data accuracy, workflows, and system integrations.
Ensure that HRIS processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations, particularly in the context of multi-state operations.
Create and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, system configurations, and integration workflows.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HRIS analyst, project manager or business analyst role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth deadline driven environment.
Strong experience with system integrations and process automation.
