Job Title: Technical Documentation Manager

Location: US - Remote

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Position Summary:

In this role, you'll drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and the leadership team to enhance existing products and create and launch new products. You will have unfettered access to our customers and teams with the mandate to foster, ideate, design, and launch disruptive products. Our goals are to help transform and reshape our industry. We are enhancing our core platform software to add app/feature on-ramps and flywheel options to capture both up and downstream partners in our existing customer’s supply chains. As the Technical Documentation Manager, you will help set the SaaS product strategy and help build and drive the roadmap to realize success for our customers.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and own (gather, document, negotiate, and prioritize) product and customer requirements for the assigned SaaS organization.
• Develop and refine software product requirements and solutions to enhance the device lifecycle process for our connected-device customers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Dell, Amazon, etc.).
• Host and manage working sessions with customers to understand their challenges and document their requirements
• Ideate, define, and promote SaaS products and process vision and strategy for connected device lifecycle from manufacturing and certification to retail to forward and reverse logistics
• Productize current solutions and capabilities so they can be leveraged at multiple clients
• Become an expert with respect to our current SaaS solutions
• Ensure documentation quality through established processes, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather information and communicate progress.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5 years) in technical writing and documentation
• Strong understanding of technical documentation principles, best practices, and style guides.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and technologies
• 1 years of product management experience with mobile/connected devices, similar

consumer electronics, and/or SaaS products.

• Demonstrated success bringing new mobile/tech/SaaS customer-facing products or

services to market by driving product requirements through development team(s) using

an iterative process

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in [mention specific industry or domain relevant to the company] is a plus.
