The Logistics Support Specialist is responsible for facilitating the planning, execution, and completion of projects by meeting critical operational needs. This includes booking travel, ensuring site access, and managing fleet maintenance. This role is key in maintaining project momentum and involves working directly with customers while collaborating with internal teams.
- Book travel accommodations for APM’s field team and cancel/re-book as schedule changes necessitate.
- Complete pre- and post-project paperwork, including site access forms, safety and security documents, and work tickets.
- Generate and revise purchase orders (POs) for subcontractors.
- Manage subcontractor documentation in Salesforce and request updates when necessary.
- Assist with urgent parts delivery needs to technicians on site as needed.
- Oversee APM’s vehicle fleet, schedule service appointments, and track maintenance history.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work directly with customers, addressing their needs and maintaining positive relationships.

Qualifications:
- Two years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to commute to Woburn, MA
- Experience in Salesforce or another CRM
- Experience in QuickBooks is a plus

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
