Job Summary
We are seeking a maintenance worker to handle work orders and recurring maintenance (Handyman and Janitorial) duties for community associations in Palm Beach County. Company maintenance van provided. Must have clean driving record.
Experience
- Proven experience in a maintenance role with a strong handyman knowledge base. Including paver repairs, concrete repairs, drywall installation/repairs.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems.
- Willingness to perform janitorial tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
