Responsibilities :
Supervise daily operations of utility line construction and maintenance projects.
Lead and manage general foremen, line crews, and troubleshooters.
Develop work schedules, track workflow, and oversee project execution.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct crew evaluations, safety audits, and training sessions.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and project management teams.
Investigate and resolve customer claims related to electrical service.
Oversee material, equipment, and tool procurement and inventory management.
Coordinate fleet truck maintenance and job completion audits.
Serve as a key point of contact for emergency response and storm restoration efforts
Experience required :
20 years of experience in utility line construction and electrical operations.
Proven leadership experience in supervisory and management roles.
Strong knowledge of overhead and underground electrical distribution systems.
Certified in Hot Stick, Hot Board, Hot Glove Work, and Distribution Troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and workflow tracking tools.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train and mentor crews, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with major utility companies, such as Duke Energy and Tampa Electric.
Familiarity with lighting circuits, fixtures, and LED conversions.
Background in industrial mechanics and welding supervision is a plus.
