We’re looking for a confident and capable IT Systems Support Engineer to join our fast-paced IT team for 2 of our locations in Kent and Lincoln
Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll provide hands-on support across our European offices—tackling technical issues, supporting infrastructure, and helping to keep our systems efficient, secure, and future-ready.
This role is a hybrid working model - but does require flexiblity based on the needs of the business.
For roles with office-based hybrid working:
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.

About you
Key responsibilities
Supporting end users through our ticketing system (first-line and beyond)
Installing and maintaining software, hardware, and end-user devices
Troubleshooting network issues (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
Managing user access and permissions via Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Supporting our Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments
Taking part in system upgrades, migrations, and IT infrastructure projects
Monitoring system performance and spotting potential issues before they escalate
Ensuring everything we do aligns with IT policy and compliance standards
Provide on-call support when needed
Experience & Skills
3 years hands-on experience with:
Microsoft 365
Entra ID (Azure AD)
Azure Cloud, networking, and security.
On-premise infrastructure and virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
Troubleshooting server and networking issues (Windows, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
Networking and infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG)
A solid understanding of ITSM/ticketing systems
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or higher.
Cisco Certified: CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge.
ITIL Foundation or similar IT Service Management certification.
