Position Overview: We’re seeking a passionate and creative content creator with a keen eye for video and photography to capture the journey of our projects, from start to finish and top to bottom. This role will involve daily travel to different job sites, creating compelling content that showcases our process, craftsmanship, and team. You will be a key liaison between our in-house team and our social media management (SMM) partners, ensuring the content you create aligns with our vision and is seamlessly integrated into our broader social media strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Capture & Edit Content: Daily documentation of our projects, including home walkthroughs, team activities, and behind-the-scenes work in a cinematic and engaging style.
- Liaison with SMM Team: Collaborate with the SMM team to ensure captured content aligns with ongoing campaigns, marketing strategies, and storytelling.
- Content Management: Organize, upload, and download content to/from cloud servers and maintain a structured archive of all media.
- Idea Facilitation: Bridge the gap between our internal ideas and the SMM team’s creative direction, helping foster a cohesive flow of content.
- Site Visit Planning: Proactively develop and organize content categories, topics, or themes for site visits to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in videography, content creation, or a related field.
- Skill Set: Strong video capturing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with the latest video/photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and equipment.
- Highly Organized: Ability to manage large volumes of content efficiently and keep all projects on track.
- Adaptable & Fast-Paced: Must thrive in a dynamic environment with daily travel and evolving project needs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work well with multiple teams and effectively capture and translate ideas into compelling content.
