What You'll Do
- Support government civilian, military, and contractor personnel
- For the Government personnel: Support employment in-processing, performance & succession management, workforce planning, staffing, position assignments and management
- For Military & HR contractor personnel: Facilitate data integrity verification, awards & recognition processes and administer HR services
- Work collaboratively with the Office of Human Resources (OHR) to ensure efficient on-boarding and compliance with client in-processing procedures
Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree or experience in Related Field
- Working knowledge in Military HR service specific and joint functions to include decorations, citations, performance reports, and recruiting with an emphasis on Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines
