Job Summary :
The Council for Professional Recognition is seeking a Senior Manager Human Resources-Talent Management to advance our talent framework, including development and acquisition, while aligning with our strategic objective to : Build a diverse, highly productive world-class team. This role involves transforming talent management processes, such as succession planning, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS management. Reporting to the VP, People and Culture, the Senior Manager will oversee key HR programs, monitor progress against metrics, and provide hands-on support for critical initiatives.
This position requires a proactive, meticulous, data-driven professional with a passion for continuous process improvement and strong cultural competence. The Senior Manager will foster an inclusive workplace culture, engage employees, and implement strategies to enhance retention. Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the creation of talent management initiatives, including talent assessment, succession planning, and acquisition.
- Regularly track progress against key performance indicators related to talent management, reporting insights to the VP of People and Culture.
- Work in partnership with other members of the People and Culture team to transform performance assessment frameworks, ensuring they support career growth and development aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as the operational leader of the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct internal assessments to build organizational capability.
- Partner with the Brand Experience and Marketing team to drive internal communication enhancement and reinforce the Council as a great place to work.
- Create resources, templates, and toolkits to support hiring managers in implementing hiring initiatives and recruitment.

Key Characteristics and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience : 5-7 years of experience in talent management and human resources, with experience leading talent management initiatives preferred.
Characteristics : Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), proficiency in HR technology tools (e.g., ADP, Workday), project management experience, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a collaborative approach.
Preferred Qualifications : HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR), experience in the nonprofit sector, and proficiency with the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

Salary :
The salary range is $115,000-$120,000. This position is budgeted not to exceed $120,000.
