Role Description
As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing tailored financial guidance to mass affluent and high-net-worth clients. This role is a comprehensive advisory position where a knowledge of the financial planning process, tools, and tactics is necessary. You’ll serve as a trusted partner, offering comprehensive wealth strategies that align with the client’s unique goals while upholding our values of excellence, integrity, and accountability.

Duties
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, challenges, and priorities.
Financial Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor customized financial plans, including retirement planning, estate planning, investment strategies, tax optimization, and risk management.
Portfolio Design & Management: Provide clients with strategic investment advice, aligning portfolios with their goals and risk tolerance.
Client Education: Educate clients on financial options and decisions, helping them confidently navigate complex wealth management solutions.
Business Development: Identify and attract new clients through referrals, networking, and Apogee Wealth Management’s marketing initiatives.
Team Collaboration: Partner with other advisors, financial planners, and support staff to deliver seamless and comprehensive service.
Accountability: Uphold Apogee’s values, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred. Additional credentials or certification are also preferred.
Experience: 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial advising, or a related role. Experience working with retirees or pre-retirees is a plus.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Licenses: Series 65 or 66; insurance licenses preferred or willing to obtain
*Compensation grid up to 42% w/ annual sales bonus
*Earn equity in your book of business
