What you can expect :
AEM Full Stack Developer
- AEM Solution Development and Implementation: Lead the creation and deployment of AEM-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance, dependability, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AEM components, both on the frontend and backend.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Design and build AEM solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and aligning with the client's IT guidelines and technical standards.
- Customization and Component Creation: Develop and customize AEM components, dialogs, widgets, templates, and workflows to fulfill specific project objectives and requirements.
- Reusable Component Development and Integration: Build reusable AEM components and integrate them with third-party systems to enhance system functionality and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on development experience working with web technologies such as JSP, JavaScript, XML, XPATH, AJAX, JQuery, and Adobe APIs, including Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, and Apache Web Server.
- Strong expertise in Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly, and a solid understanding of enterprise Java frameworks like Spring.
- Proven experience in the full implementation lifecycle of AEM, with preference for those experienced in AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Experience architecting and delivering Adobe-based solutions.
- Expertise in managing component structures, path management, Vanity URLs, digital asset management, Dynamic Media, and tag management within AEM.
- A strong understanding of front-end development and UX principles, with hands-on experience building web components.
- Experience in the administrative tasks associated with Adobe products, including infrastructure setup, performance optimization, and security configurations.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM.
Additional Skills that Will Set You Apart:
- Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency with development tools for code management, quality assurance, and continuous integration such as JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
- Previous experience with other Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
