Manage user accounts, licenses, and roles; configure security and compliance settings.
Monitor service health and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization.
Exchange Online Management
Oversee email security, flow, and mailbox management.
Implement email protocols for secure delivery and configure compliance policies.
SharePoint Online & OneDrive Administration
Configure and maintain SharePoint and OneDrive permissions, external sharing, and compliance settings.
Teams Administration
Administer Teams policies, security, and compliance, integrating with other Microsoft 365 services.
Enhance productivity by linking Teams with applications like HubSpot and FreshService.
Security & Compliance Management
Use Microsoft Defender, threat analytics, and data governance tools to secure Microsoft 365.
Implement and monitor IAM and compliance policies to protect sensitive resources
Intune & Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Develop and enforce Intune policies for device compliance and security across corporate and BYOD devices.
Manage mobile application protection and troubleshoot access issues.
Azure Active Directory (AAD) Management
