Community Liaison for Outpatient Facility
Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, newly constructed in 2018 - state of the art facility conveniently located at 9938 airline highway in the heart of the city at the intersection of I-12 and Airline Hwy and our newly renovated Outpatient Facility located at 615 Chevelle Court.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and/or modification of marketing plan.
- Develop and maintain new and existing accounts.
- Meet and/or exceed weekly admission goal.
- Contact all primary accounts through personal visits, telephone calls and letters/mailers on an ongoing basis, developing and encouraging a relationship of trust with all active accounts.
- Coordinate in-services and market educational programs.
- Assess referrals to determine if they meet admission criteria and identify level of care.
- Collaborate with intake regarding patient referrals.
- Monitor referrals and admissions to plan an appropriate strategy to maximize referral potential.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in intake / marketing within the healthcare industry.
Experience:
Possess strong skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, ensuring proper performance management to meet / exceed goals.
