HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure accurate record keeping
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains that they are current.
• Submits online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks.
• Assists with interview processes
• Tracks status of candidates and respond with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the CEO
• Make photocopies, faxes document and perform other clerical functions.
• Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
• Assists or prepares correspondence.
• Prepare new employee files.
• Coordinates and Leads New Employee Orientation
• Ensures all licensures and certifications are current and in compliance
• Maintains Credentialing for physicians
• Assured Labor Law posters are in place
• Responsible for Petty Cash and monthly reconciliation
• Develop Job descriptions and competencies
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Assists with processing of terminations within a timely manner to remain in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ability to plan events for employee appreciation and maintain morale among employees
• Experience with Onboarding and knowledge of basic Excel.

Possess strong skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, ensuring proper performance management to meet / exceed goals.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Two or more years related human resource experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
