At A Glance:
Are you a highly motivated, organized person with excellent technical and interpersonal skills? The Fulfillment Project Manager is the key internal and external point of contact for individual Fulfillment and Shipping projects within Apollo Retail Services. This position requires exceptional, expert MS Excel skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and produce program data. If selected, you will report to the Division VP, and work together with other Project Managers, Operations Management and Coordinators.
Must have the ability to learn new material and continuously develop and improve systems/procedures for program efficiency. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and National Carrier systems (FedEx, XPO, UPS, etc) is preferred. Project manager will report to the Division VP, and work together with other Project Managers, Operations Management and Coordinators.

Responsibilities:
Draft, develop or improve shipping plans and schedules to meet clients’ fulfillment and/or shipping objectives
Project set up; initial programming and collection of all required program documentation
Development and maintenance of program estimators and cost monitors using our rate schedules
Creation of instruction materials to ensure program is executed to expectation
Monitor inventory, allocate materials and ship with lead time to meet required arrival schedules
Supervise those responsible for coordinator duties including coaching and teaching them to manage tracking, run carrier data in support of building estimates, and assist in managing project costs
Maintain performance data from existing data bases, ability to analyze data, import client data into our trackers and kit grids
Manage financial data, including sending work orders, invoicing clients, managing receivables in a timely manner
Requirements:
Proficiency with Excel Word Power Point and other Microsoft applications required
Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and manage multiple programs simultaneously
Ability to perform well while working independently
Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and client executives as needed
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Must work in Baltimore office
Expert skills at Microsoft Excel preferred
Successful at multi-tasking
Must have high energy, initiative, and willing to work in hectic environment
Understand basic logistics
