Experience:
We are seeking an Staffing Coordinator with 3 years of experience for our Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility. Best applicant will have strong knowledge of the overall staffing and scheduling functions and PBJ requirements for LTC facilities. AHCA and Florida state regulation knowledge required. This is a fast-paced environment so innovative techniques, strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills are a necessity for interactions with our staff and management.
