As we expand, we seek a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations.
Job Summary:
The Vice President of Finance is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial planning and reporting. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the VP of Finance ensures financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency while providing strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making. This role will be responsible for overseeing the company’s forecasting and advanced financial modeling. This role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and valuation methodologies to support business growth, capital allocation, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on financial modeling experience, and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams and senior leadership in financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, business forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and oversee financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure long-term fiscal health and sustainability.
• Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Optimize financial reporting processes and provide insights to improve revenue growth and profitability.
• Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management strategies.
• Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant standards along with the Corporate Controller.
• Oversee internal controls and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Partner with department heads and senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and drive financial performance.
• Lead the finance team, fostering professional development, collaboration, and high performance.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Assist the CFO in capital structure planning, investor relations, and fundraising activities as needed.
• Provide financial due diligence and analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in consulting, technology, or cybersecurity industries.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and strategic financial planning.
• Experience with venture funding, M&A transactions, and scaling financial operations.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders.

Salary : $170,000 - $190,000
